What services does Tipper Solutions LLC offer?
Tipper Solutions LLC provides flexible dump trailer rentals and bulk material pickup and delivery services. We offer Live Load, 24, 48, and 72-hour rental options to accommodate various project timelines. Our services are designed for both residential and commercial clients in the Southern Pines, NC area.
How does the rental process work?
What items are prohibited from being placed in the dump trailers?
You cannot dispose of hazardous or restricted items such as tires, batteries, tree stumps, railroad ties, paints, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, and appliances. Some items may be accepted for an additional fee. For a complete list and more details, please take a look at our Terms and Conditions.
What are the fees associated with overage and additional services?
If the weight of the waste exceeds the 2-ton limit included in the rental, an overage fee of $70 per ton will apply. An additional fee of $150 will be charged for waste stacked above the top rail of the trailer. If access is blocked or the trailer needs to be moved, a $100 fee may apply. Extending the rental period beyond the agreed term may also result in additional charges. Certain items, such as tires or appliances, incur extra fees—$10 per tire and $25 per appliance.

How can I cancel or reschedule my service, and what is your refund policy?
You can cancel or reschedule your service by contacting us by 3 PM on the business day before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this deadline will incur a fee of the greater of $100 or 15% of the total order cost. Payments are non-refundable, but rescheduling is allowed up to four weeks after the original date without additional charges.
